To maintain a pleasant atmosphere for all passengers, smoking, drinking alcohol, and eating are not permitted in our vehicles.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger whose behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful to the driver or other passengers, including those under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

In the unlikely event of a breakdown, we will promptly arrange for an alternative vehicle to ensure that your journey continues without unnecessary delay.

Passengers are responsible for their belongings during the journey. Please ensure you take all personal items with you when exiting the vehicle, as we cannot be held liable for lost or forgotten items. Retrieval of lost items may incur a fee.

While we strive to maintain punctuality, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen events such as traffic or weather conditions that are outside our control.

For airport transfers, we recommend booking with sufficient lead time to account for any travel delays. Please note that actual arrival times may vary depending on traffic conditions.

Please ensure that you provide correct details regarding your flight’s arrival time, date, and any changes to your flight schedule. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in a delay or no refund.

Our drivers will wait for up to 30 minutes after the scheduled arrival time for airport pickups. Any additional waiting time will incur a charge of £20 per hour. Please ensure that you provide a valid mobile number for efficient coordination.

For a smooth experience, please provide a valid contact number at the time of booking. If any issues arise, you must reach out to our office before making other arrangements.

If you require a specific type of vehicle, such as a wheelchair-accessible taxi, multi-seater, or low-access vehicle, please inform our office in advance to ensure the appropriate vehicle is dispatched.

If you plan to travel with large or unusual items (e.g., sports equipment, strollers, or bulky luggage), please contact our office before booking to confirm vehicle suitability.

Ting Taxis reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offers at any time. However, bookings made under a specific promotion will be honored as originally agreed.

For journeys that begin or end outside of London, please contact us directly for an accurate quote and further details.

For local pickups, our drivers will wait up to 5 minutes. After this period, additional waiting time will be charged at the standard rate. To avoid delays, we recommend communicating realistic pickup times.

If a passenger does not show up for a scheduled trip, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee or retain part of the fare to compensate for the driver’s time.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all booking details. Refunds may be issued for journeys that have not incurred any costs, provided the customer contacts us promptly to make changes, cancellations, or requests for a refund.

For longer journeys, we may request payment in advance to confirm your booking.
